Meet Joe, Essex-born founder and owner of JKS. His track record spans 30 years within global recruitment brands, running highly successful branches and contributing significantly to private equity businesses and MBO’s across UK, Europe and USA.

Joe made the move into niche recruitment and chose the healthcare sector. His legacy is a complete turnaround of an underperforming business into one of the UK’s largest and most successful health and social care providers.

Realising the future potential of outsourcing done well, Joe explored Ahmedabad to evaluate the options as a client and get an understanding of how he could do it better, building up a fantastic network within India.

Jensen Kobain was founded in 2013, initially as a management consultancy. It was a chance meeting, at a busy Starbucks in Mumbai Airport, in 2015 where Joe and Wilson got to talking about the USA revenue cycle management outsourcing, which seemed like a fantastic opportunity to merge the two. 3 years later, JKS was realised.

Leveraging Joe’s recruitment expertise, and Wilson’s RCM know-how, they developed a highly-transparent partnership approach based on trust and  honesty, to address the many misconceptions and bad experiences that people have with outsourcing.

Joe is fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi. As the son of Indian parents that came to the UK in the early 1960’s to work as labourers, he attributes the value of hard work and integrity directly to them. His proud heritage gives him the edge of understanding the cultural differences of east and west fusion – an important factor to the success of outsourcing.

Meet Wilson, JKS co-founder and managing director. Mumbai-born Wilson holds a masters in Commerce from Mumbai University. Wilson left Mumbai – India’s most-populous city, and it’s financial and commercial centre – in 2018 to set up the first JKS office in Ahmedabad, Gujarat in 2018 to realise the shared vision of JKS.

Wilson has over 15+ years of experience in the revenue cycle management industry, where he worked with some of the largest global RCM outfits to increase project efficiencies by building up automation tools. He spearheaded client deliverables and operational teams of 200+.

He continues to achieve success with JKS, working across multiple times zones in the USA, and now across Europe, building expert knowledge within the RCM industry.
